Justice Transitions Inc., founded in 2006, helps adults re-entering society transition from confinement to freedom. They offer restorative justice methods, therapies, education, low-cost housing, job placement assistance, substance abuse recovery support, probation support, life skills, and personal finance management.
Mission
Justice Transition seeks to end the cycle of crime and violence by helping those re-entering society transition from confinement to freedom in an environment that provides them with the greatest likelihood of success in their community.
