The Kalamazoo Garden Council promotes gardening and environmental interests in the Kalamazoo area. Founded in 2013, it supports local garden clubs, advances horticulture, landscape and floral design, and contributes to environmental initiatives, scholarships, and community projects like the Blanche Babcock Council Library and Markin Glen Park. They are members of the Arbor Day Foundation and Kalamazoo Nature Center.
