Great Opportunity Grants
Provides grants up to $2,500 for teachers to fund innovative classroom ideas that support student success in areas like science, literature, and music.

Micro Grants
Offers grants up to $300 to teachers for classroom needs that fall outside budget restrictions, supporting personalized learning and sustaining previous grant projects.

New Teacher Welcome Cards
Provides new teachers with $75 gift cards to help offset out-of-pocket expenses for classroom tools and resources, creating a welcoming learning environment.

Staff Appreciation
Partners with local businesses to provide snacks for staff, especially during challenging events, showing appreciation for their hard work.

Educator of the Year
Recognizes outstanding educators and non-teaching staff members with a $1,000 check for their classroom, $250 for personal use, and a commemorative award.

After School Tutoring
Funds after-school tutors at Glacier High School and Flathead High School, providing extra assistance to students in various subjects four days a week.
