Kappa Delta Sorority, founded in 1897 in Farmville, Virginia, builds confidence in women and inspires them to action through lifelong friendship. Kappa Delta's mission is supported by the Kappa Delta Foundation, which funds educational, leadership, and charitable programs. Their national philanthropies include Prevent Child Abuse America and Girl Scouts of the USA. The Kappa Delta chapter at Sacred Heart University is located at 5151 Park Avenue, Fairfield, CT.
