Elderly Apartments
Provides independent living for seniors age 62 and older, with rent based on income (Section 8 housing).
Adult Programs
Offers activities and programs for adults, including monthly luncheons, tax assistance, Alzheimer’s support group, Blackhawk Woodcarvers, and Rockford Stamp Club.
Youth & Teen Programs
Provides programs for youth and teens, including summer recreation camp, after school program, and Y-Care CCAP Private.
