The Kentucky Council on Crime and Delinquency (KCCD), est. 1960 (incorporated as INC in 1977), unites criminal justice professionals from adult corrections, juvenile justice, law enforcement, and local government. KCCD enhances criminal justice through service projects, raises awareness, and provides a scholarship program, a catastrophic fund, and an annual training conference.
