Kinneret Council on Aging (KCOA), founded in 1985, provides life-enhancing resources to over 300 residents of Kinneret Apartments, a low-income senior housing complex in Orlando. KCOA offers programs designed to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of older adults, including exercise classes, cultural activities, holiday celebrations, and meal programs.
