About
The Korean Library Foundation partners with the Hawaii State Public Library to provide Korean books and media. It maintains one of the largest collections of Korean materials outside of Korea. Founded to support and promote Korean culture through literature, the foundation ensures access to Korean resources for the local community.
Mission
The Korean Library Foundation enhances and expands the Hawaii State Public Library System's Korean language collection through grants and donations. They also donate English-subtitled DVDs of Korean TV dramas to benefit Hawaii's residents and heighten awareness of Korean culture, history, and language.
