LOCA Arts Education, founded in 1992 in Laguna Beach, is a nonprofit coalition promoting arts education for all ages. It enhances artistic awareness and creative expression by pairing artists with students. LOCA was formed to address art education cuts in schools, ensuring quality programs and fair compensation for artists. Their programs touch school children, parents, seniors, and visitors.

LOCA Arts Education enhances artistic awareness and promotes creative expression and enthusiasm for the arts throughout the community by pairing professional artists with students of all ages. With community support and participation, LOCA will continue to create innovative visual arts programs that serve people of all ages and backgrounds both in and around Laguna Beach.
