The La Crosse Area Development Corporation (LADCO), founded in 1986, promotes economic advancement in the Greater La Crosse Area. Its mission focuses on a "triad of development": attracting industry, retaining business, and co-managing the Coulee Region Business Center, a small business incubator.
Mission
We exist to help drive the Coulee region's economic growth, diversification, and sustainability through helping our local companies stay and grow, recruiting new business to the region, and supporting entrepreneurs and business start-ups.
