LAS CORTES INC, founded in 2007, is an Oxnard-based nonprofit creating quality affordable housing and social services to empower residents. Authorized by the City Council, it focuses on developing affordable housing solutions within the community. LAS CORTES INC replaced 260 public housing units.

Las Cortes Inc. is dedicated to providing quality affordable housing in Oxnard while also supporting social services. Their mission is to empower residents and create lasting positive change within the community through accessible and supportive housing initiatives.
