Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT), founded in 2004, empowers Latina students in DC, MD, and VA through STEM education, leadership & personal development, and mentoring. LLT dismantles systemic barriers by providing free programs led by bilingual volunteers, celebrating Latina culture and promoting college/career readiness.
