Leadership Southeast Texas (LSET), founded in 1992, is a regional educational program serving nine counties in Southeast Texas. LSET identifies and motivates leaders to address complex regional issues, examining economic development, unity, and quality of life. Their mission is to promote understanding across the region's diverse communities.
Mission
LSET's mission focuses on learning about the region, examining issues, problems, solutions and strengths of Southeast Texas. They invest in the future through Leadership Service Projects with their youth leadership program.
