The Leitersburg Ruritan Community Center, founded in 2018, and the Leitersburg Ruritan Club, chartered in 1955, work together to promote fellowship, goodwill, and community service in the Hagerstown area. The club's activities and the community center provide recreation, sports, meeting spaces, and family gathering opportunities. The Ruritan Park offers a pavilion, basketball & volleyball courts.
