Lewisburg Neighborhoods promotes cooperation between residents, Bucknell University, and Lewisburg Borough. Founded in 2009, it enhances civic engagement, preserves natural settings, strengthens community ties, and improves life for residents and visitors through programs focusing on flood mitigation, housing, walkability, community planning, neighborhood support, and conservation.

Lewisburg Neighborhoods Corporation maintains an administrative framework for planning neighborhood improvements and advocates for Lewisburg neighborhoods.
