The Life Enrichment Center (LEC), founded in 2003, provides literacy tutoring and life-giving initiatives to elementary students from Title I schools in Virginia. Their mission is to enrich the lives of underserved communities through educational programs, helping students become proficient readers by the end of the third grade.
