About
Lifetime Learners Institute (LLI) is a nonprofit providing non-credit educational programs for adults 50+ within Norwalk Community College. Founded in 1994, LLI offers 40+ courses each spring/fall, plus daily events during winter. Member-run, with 800+ members from Fairfield/Westchester counties, LLI fosters lifelong learning, personal growth, and social connections. Members volunteer at NCC.
Mission
Lifetime Learners Institute offers non-credit educational programs for area residents aged 50 or older. As an independent nonprofit, the institute fosters lifelong learning within Norwalk Community College, providing valuable opportunities for seniors to continue their intellectual growth and engagement.
