A structured enrichment program supporting positive Youth Development designed specifically for African American males youth to age 24, to reduce barriers in education and/or employment.

Local Reentry Council
Case management services providing support to men and women returning from incarceration with housing, food, job training & placement, and mental health + addiction recovery support.

Pathway Home 2
Connects individuals returning from incarceration to job training, support services, and employment, in partnership with CFCC.

Residential Re-Entry Program
Transitional living and case management services for men and women returning from prison.

Permanent Supportive Housing
Provides permanent housing options with supportive services for individuals and families experiencing long-term homelessness.

Employment Bootcamp
Offers job training and placement assistance to help individuals gain sustainable employment.

Cognitive Behavioral Interventions (CBI)
Utilizes evidence-based interventions to address criminogenic thinking and behavior.
