The Links Inc. Commonwealth Chapter, established in Richmond, VA in 1961 (tax-exempt since Dec. 1961), is part of The Links, Incorporated, a volunteer service organization of professional African American women. It is committed to enriching the lives of black youth through educational programming and providing global career options for high school students.
