Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
1-on-1 Tutoring
Free, confidential, individualized tutoring in basic reading and English for adults. Students and tutors work together for 9-12 months, 2 hours a week.
Conversation Circles
Informal, supportive classes to practice conversational English skills.
Citizenship Class
Classes designed to prepare students for the naturalization interview, civics test, and reading/writing tests.

Literacy Volunteers of the Montachusett Area (LVMont), est. 1973, offers free, confidential tutoring to adults in basic literacy and English (ESOL). LVMont trains volunteers to provide individualized instruction, helping adults improve job prospects & community involvement. They serve 70 students with a growing waitlist and offer citizenship classes & conversation circles.
