Literacy Volunteers of Troup County, founded in 2004, provides free tutoring in reading, math, computer skills and ESOL for adults and students (4th grade+). Their mission is to serve as an outreach throughout the community for people of all ages who want to improve their skills. They change lives, one word at a time.
