The Literary Guild of St. Simons Island, founded in 2012, is a nonprofit fostering a love of reading, writing, and lifelong learning. With over 800 members, they host author talks, film screenings, and writing seminars. They support the St. Simons Island Library through book sales and donations from their community bookstore and award grants to literacy programs. The St. Simons Writer’s Group was formed in 2022.
