Little League Baseball, founded in 1939, is the world's largest organized youth sports program. It has millions of players and over a million adult volunteers across the US and 80+ countries. Little League aims to instill character, courage, and loyalty in children.
Mission
Little League provides healthy activity for children, using the ball field as a classroom to instill discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, and to establish a set of values to guide them into adulthood.
