Lock One Community Arts (LOCA), est. 2001, enriches West Central Ohio by providing quality, affordable performing arts. LOCA's mission is to educate, inspire, and entertain through diverse performances. Its Pinwheels Productions offers free live shows to ~1,400 K-8 students in ten area schools, fostering arts education in the community. Supported by sponsors and volunteers, LOCA ensures high-quality artistry remains accessible locally.
