The Long Beach Chorale, founded in 1988, is a leading volunteer choral ensemble known for energetic performances. They perform Western classics and global musical gems, offering accessible concerts and supporting local artists through their Artist in Residence program. The Chorale enriches the Long Beach community by providing opportunities to experience live classical music.
Mission
The Long Beach Chorale and Chamber Orchestra is Long Beach’s only all-volunteer community masterworks chorus. Its members are volunteers motivated by their love of singing and committed to presenting masterworks in a welcoming setting at an accessible price, offering under-served music lovers the opportunity to experience live classical music.
