About
The Louisville Regional Science & Engineering Fair (LRSEF), founded in 1964, promotes STEAM education among Kentucky youth. An all-volunteer nonprofit, LRSEF hosts an annual fair for students in grades 6-12, supports creativity, and rewards research. LRSEF connects students to a global network of science & engineering fairs and nominates top students to national challenges. They awarded over $14,000 in prizes in 2024 alone.
Mission
The Louisville Regional Science & Engineering Fair awakens, promotes, and recognizes science and engineering talent among area youth. They act as a catalyst to promote science and engineering throughout Kentucky.
