Founded in 2005, Low Key Arts in Hot Springs connects people and inspires creativity through music, film, and art. They offer programs like the Valley of the Vapors music festival, Persistence of Vision Film Festival, Inception to Projection filmmaking program, and KUHS solar-powered community radio. LKA significantly contributes to Hot Springs' cultural revitalization by providing tools, education, and opportunities for artistic innovation.
