Founded in 1995, the LOWER NEUSE RIVER BASIN ASSOCIATION is dedicated to enhancing the water quality of the Neuse River and its estuary. Located at PO Box 1410 in Clayton, NC, our members unite with a shared passion for protecting our precious water resources. Together, we strive to create a healthier environment for our communities and future generations, fostering a sustainable ecosystem that benefits all.
