M.A.V. Youth Mentoring, formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer, Auglaize, and Van Wert Counties, has provided mentoring services for 30 years. In 2019, they became M.A.V. to keep funds local and expand their program. Their mission is to provide children facing difficulties with positive, supported one-on-one relationships to improve their lives. They serve youth ages 5-18 across three counties, fostering positive relationships that lead to improved relationships, safer behaviors, higher confidence, and educational success.
