Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Revolving Loan Fund
Offers 0% interest loans up to $10,000 to new and existing businesses in downtown Texarkana, aiming to bridge the gap between owner investment and traditional financing. An additional $1,000 grant is available upon approval.
Arkansas Downtown Revitalization Grant (DTR)
Provides matching funds for exterior improvements to properties on the Arkansas side of Stateline. Funds are limited each year.
EPA Brownfields Funds
Assists with properties that may have hazardous substances, pollutants or contaminants present.
Community Block Grant Fund (CDGB)
Creates and retains permanent jobs in designated areas within the city.
Main Street Design Assistance
Offers interior and exterior architectural design assistance, including renderings and layout plans, to help businesses get started.
