The Maine Prisoner Advocacy Coalition (MPAC), formed in 2007, advocates for Maine's incarcerated citizens and their families. MPAC aims to reduce incarceration through ethical, humane, and restorative criminal justice practices. Their programs include the Inside Vision arts program, offering gallery exhibits and workshops.
