Make It Happen for Yolo County, founded in 2014, supports underserved transition-age youth (16-24) in Yolo County by providing furniture, household goods, resources, and advocacy. It began in 2012, helping youth transitioning from foster care or experiencing homelessness furnish their homes. MIH also provides bicycles and supports the Yolo County Independent Living Program.
