The Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale (MSOC), founded in 1960, is a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to bringing quality orchestral and choral music to the community. MSOC provides performance opportunities for its members and education programs for young musicians in partnership with local schools. The organization is made up of professional and non-professional musicians.

The Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale enhances the community by promoting quality orchestral and choral music on a non-profit basis. They enrich members' enjoyment, contribute to the performing arts, and serve as an educational force for young musicians in Manchester and surrounding areas.
