Robotics
Supports the FIRST Robotics Competition program at Marfa ISD, teaching STEM fundamentals and inspiring interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Dual Credit Classes
Enables high school students to earn both high school and college credit from Odessa College, providing a head start on their college education.

Teacher Grants
Provides grants to teachers for books, materials, supplies, or software to enhance teaching in their classrooms.

Literacy and Guided Reading
An instructional approach to teaching reading in small groups, helping students learn to use reading strategies and improve their reading levels.

Marfa School Library
Enhances the school library with books, modular furniture, and new bookshelves, creating a warm and inviting space for students.

Teacher Retention and Development
Aims to retain teachers in Marfa through administrative support, book studies, exercise equipment, and support for attending educational conferences.

The Marfa Education Foundation supports and enhances the Marfa Independent School District by facilitating enrichment projects and augmenting student education. It supports MISD graduates attending higher education or trade schools. Programs include Robotics, Marfa Live Arts, Dual Credit Classes, Teacher Grants, Literacy and Guided Reading, Marfa School Library, and Student Spaceflight Experiments.
