Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
High School String Scholarships
Offers scholarships to Upper Peninsula high school string students for summer music camps.
Youth Concerto Competition
Annual competition for young artists (30 years or younger) featuring a different instrument family each year. Winner performs with the MSO and receives a cash prize.
Masterclasses and Workshops
Provides opportunities to develop skills through masterclasses, workshops, and demonstrations by guest artists and MSO musicians.
Free Children's Concerts
Offers free concerts for children, sometimes in partnership with the U.P. Children's Museum, to engage children with music.
