About
MADCA, founded in 1972, is the trade association for private community-based early education programs and before/after school providers in Massachusetts. Representing over 600 early education centers and family child care systems, MADCA advocates for quality early education, program stability, livable wages for educators, and professional development.
Mission
MADCA works for equitable, quality early childhood education and care for every young child by informing educators, administrators, and parents about how children develop and learn best. They advocate for active, playful, experiential approaches to learning informed by child development theory and evidence-based research.
