Provides affordable housing for low-income individuals and families. Regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
Section 811 Housing
Offers subsidized housing for people with disabilities, where rent is no more than 30% of their income. Includes resident services coordination, healthcare management, transportation, and social activities.
