The Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness, founded in 2004, is a network committed to ensuring everyone in Mercer County, NJ, has a home. They develop policies and practices to prevent homelessness, rapidly house the unhoused, and provide necessary support for housing maintenance. Programs include Housing First, data-driven systems to end family and chronic homelessness, Coordinated Entry and Assessment, and SOAR.
