Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation develops and rehabilitates housing for low and moderate-income individuals, families, seniors, and people with disabilities, often in areas of emerging job growth. Since 1968, they have produced thousands of new or rehabbed units and championed landmark litigation that made it possible to develop low-income family and elderly housing.
