MI-TRALE, founded in 2001, promotes the safe, responsible use of multi-use trails in Michigan's Western UP. They develop and connect trails for motorized & non-motorized recreation, partnering to maintain over 585 miles. MI-TRALE collaborates with emergency services to provide a 5-county wide emergency locating system on their trail system.
