The Mid East Performance Association (MEPA), founded in 2018, is Ohio’s premier winter performance venue for winter guard, indoor percussion, and marching wind ensembles in Ohio and surrounding areas. Each season, MEPA impacts over 2,000 performers and 8,000 spectators.
