The Mid-Iowa School Improvement Consortium (MISIC), founded in 2005, supports Iowa school districts by offering tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning opportunities for all students. MISIC is committed to equity and prepares school staff through bias-free materials, workshops, and training for teachers and administrators.
Mission
MISIC supports district leaders and teachers, building their confidence and capacity to design and deliver curriculum that prepares students for their futures. They are committed to equity, providing resources free from bias to meet the needs of all students.
