The Mid-Ohio District Nurses Association, est. 1925, advances professional nursing in the Mid-Ohio district. Originally focused on alumni and private duty nursing, it evolved to include political activism, education, counseling, and benefits. MODNA played a role in establishing the Ohio Nurses Association and continues to support nurses through advocacy, mentorship, and professional development.
