The Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, founded in 1956, unites dentists in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and Los Altos. It began with local dentists recognizing a need for a professional society and was chartered in 1956. The society has grown in size and influence, participating in worthwhile civic projects such as the fluoridation of Palo Alto's water supply in 1956.
Mission
The Mid-Peninsula Dental Society supports dentists in creating vibrant practices while improving community health through service, education, and advocacy. They foster a cohesive, supportive community to bring together individual members and advocate for the interests of the profession.
