MidAmerica Service Dogs' Foundation, founded in 2009, provides service dogs free of charge to children and adults with mobility disabilities in the Chicago area. They've placed over 40 service dog teams. Their mission is to obtain, provide, and train service dogs to enhance the lives and independence of people with disabilities.

The mission of MidAmerica Service Dogs' Foundation is to obtain, provide, and train service dogs for children and adults with mobility disabilities so that their lives may be enhanced, and they may benefit from the loyalty, friendship, and independence their service dogs provide.
