MASCA, established in 1938, unites professionals in court administration, juvenile justice, probation, parole, and corrections across CT, DE, MD, NJ, PA, NY, and DC. Originally focused on parole matters, it evolved into an organization hosting annual conferences for knowledge sharing and problem-solving in the criminal justice field. MASCA addresses vital interests within juvenile and criminal justice.
