Mindful Kids Miami, founded in 2012, brings mindfulness training to educators, healthcare providers, and caregivers, empowering them to share these practices with children. Their mission is to equip leaders with techniques to help children reduce stress, improve focus, and develop emotional regulation, empathy, and overall well-being, benefiting children from pre-K through 12th grade throughout Florida.
Mission
Mindful Kids Miami provides research-based mindfulness training to educators, healthcare providers, community organizations, and caregivers, helping them share mindfulness activities with children and youth. They aim to improve the lives of all children in the community by reducing stress and anxiety, developing attention and focus, and promoting emotional regulation.
