About
The Minnesota Association of School Personnel Administrators (MASPA), founded in 2017, enhances the effectiveness of school HR professionals through professional development and networking. As a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, MASPA offers conferences, online learning, and a network of resources to support sound personnel practices in Minnesota schools. MASPA also partners with State Negotiators to improve K-12 labor negotiations.
Mission
MASPA provides opportunities for members to enhance their effectiveness as human resource professionals by supporting their educational needs and advocating for technological advances. MASPA also partners with other professional groups to promote a stronger system of public education through sound school personnel practices and policies.
