About
Minnesota Brass, founded in 1946, cultivates a passion for live performing arts. Rooted in drum and bugle corps tradition, they produce ensembles and events challenging members to reach their full potential and inspire audiences. Originally the Cecil Kyle Legion Corps, it evolved into Minnesota Brass, Inc., offering programs like MBI Indoor Percussion, Winter Guard, and Winds, competing in WGI and DCI.
Mission
Minnesota Brass shares a unique passion for the live performing arts by producing ensembles and events, rooted in the drum and bugle corps tradition, that challenge our members to reach their full potential while inspiring our audiences.
