The Minnesota Career Development Association (MCDA), est. 1920, provides professional growth and community for career development professionals. Originally the Minneapolis VGA, it evolved through name changes to become MCDA. It incorporated as a 501(c)3 in 1999. MCDA is a state affiliate of the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
